داستان بازی

در سالهای دور، سرمایه رایج ادویه و ابریشم بوده و این دو نقش طلا رو در این زمان اجرا میکردن.

پس کشوری که بتونه به جاده‌ی ابریشم سلطه داشته باشه قدرتمند و کاروان‌داری که توی تجارت ادویه حرفه ای باشه با سیاست و با نفوذ محسوب میشه.
کاروان های مختلفی بعد از اینکه متوجه شدن ارزش این محصولات چقدر زیاده وارد صنعت و تجارت ادویه شدن و خودشون رو هرجور شده به این شبکه متصل کردن تا نفوذ خودشون رو به دربار بیشتر کنن و شرایط سیاسی رو به نفع خودشون تغییر بدن؛ پس هرچقدر توی تجارت ادویه حرفه ای تر باشن راحت تر به اهدافشون میرسن.

Century یه بازی رومیزی در ژانر های خانوادگی و استراتژیک محسوب میشه و از دسته بازی هاییست که برای ورود به دنیای بورد گیم پیشنهاد میشن.

توی بازی فکری جاده ادویه، هر بازیکن در نوبت خودش 4 مسیر رو میتونه پیش بره. میتونه یه مسیر تجارت جدید رو احداث کنه (کارت برداره)، میتونه به تجارت ادویه‌جات رسیدگی کنه (کارتی رو بازی کنه) یا میتونه کارت امتیاز برداره و یا استراحت کنه که یعنی کارت های بازی شده رو به دستش برگردونه.

Century: Spice Road is the first in a series of games that explores the history of each century with spice-trading as the theme for the first installment. In Century: Spice Road, players are caravan leaders who travel the famed silk road to deliver spices to the far reaches of the continent for fame and glory. Each turn, players perform one of four actions:

• Establish a trade route (by taking a market card)
• Make a trade or harvest spices (by playing a card from hand)
• Fulfill a demand (by meeting a victory point card’s requirements and claiming it)
• Rest (by taking back into your hand all of the cards you’ve played)

The last round is triggered once a player has claimed their fifth victory point card, then whoever has the most victory points wins.
